The fees that doctors charge are often lower in Guadalajara.

Hospitals in Guadalajara are more economic than their competitors in the other two cities.

Other smaller cities, especially those near beach resorts, don’t have hospitals that are adequately equipped to deal with probable complications.

Moreover, the level of training of the surgeons isn’t the same in small towns as it is in large metropolitan areas, for obvious reasons.
